A growing IT Services provider in Anchorage is adding to their team now. You should have at least two years of desktop support or PC technician experience under your belt. You should have thorough knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop products and be comfortable troubleshooting Windows-based PCs in a corporate environment. Familiarity with installing a variety of Microsoft software packages, security and anti-virus tools, and network infrastructure peripherals is required. You must have stellar interpersonal skills and enjoy working with customers. You must have a valid Alaska driver’s license, car and insurance. As a Network Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining client computer networks. This will include installing and configuring new hardware, software and peripherals as needed, updating software, solving PC issues and more. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service onsite and remotely. You must document all work performed. Overnight travel throughout Alaska is likely, up to approximately 20%.
