| Description | Do you know how to knock on doors in Maryland and land the business? Have you marketed and written proposals specifically targeting contracts for 8(a) status or Base Operations/BOSS service contracts? Are you very familiar with the Federal proposal process and expectations? Would you like to step away from your over-loaded desk and join this small company who will include you as a team member? Work Monday through Friday, this company values family time. You will work with the COO and CFO in developing proposals, as well as be responsible for the firm's marketing materials and website. Your experience to establish and maintain relationships with contracting officers and other key persons will be appreciated. You will attend site visits and industry days and be a liaison for the firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience and has acted as a CAPTURE MANAGER.
