Previous experience providing support in an employee benefits setting for an employer preferred but not required. The right candidate for this job will have strong interpersonal skills and good customer service skills. Also good communication skills and attention to detail with excellent follow through on projects. Will be pleasant and professional for dealing with employee plan participants over the phone and in person. Researching their questions on their pension plans, verifying hours worked towards retirement pension for plan, vesting of benefits, retirement questions, maintain all records on participants, administrative duties and some spreadsheet work.
