| Description | Do you possess strong estimating skills for commercial construction projects from $1 million to $5 million? Join this professional group who believes in NO SWEARING. They have a solid and respected reputation in Alaska after being in business for 20 years. You'll work directly with the President/Owner to pursue work as Contractor and sometimes as a subcontractor on projects like the Anchorage Museum, the University, major remodel projects for Hotels and facilities as well as Hospitals and clinics around the state. You have integrity and a high level of ethics. Your expertise in managing projects from cradle to grave is a must. You'll have additional field support while working in the office. This is not for someone who only knows how to perform take-offs. The ideal candidate will know how to pursue new work and be able to move forward through all phases. Your Alaska experience is what we're looking for. Your experience includes demolition, framing, sheetrocking, finishes and more. Competitive Salary DOE, with benefits.
