| Description | Field Service Response Technician. Full time $40,000-45,000/yr DOE plus great benefits, perks and incentives. Well established long term national company seeks experienced Field Service Response Tech. If you work well independently, like troubleshooting equipment, working with your hands in a nice environment, and enjoy business related travel this could be the spot for you. You will provide installation support, perform routine maintenance, equipment modifications/upgrades, and/or repair of the various mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic units. Experience with medical/hospital equipment a huge plus. Candidates for the position will be required to take a company aptitude evaluation which includes questions on hydraulics, math, and electronics. Finalist for the position will also need to pass a criminal background check, company physical, and have a clean driving record. Will attend 5-week training session on the East Coast. Position does include 40-50% travel time within Alaska both in the local area of Anchorage and throughout the state with transportation, lodging and meals paid for by the company. You must be a good communicator, tactful and diplomatic for dealing with the client and gathering the info needed to perform the work. You must be self driven and honest for this self managed position. Company provides tools, laptop, and everything you need to enjoy this job.
