| Description | Have you been working in Commercial Construction for at least 10 years and have 3 to 5 years of estimating projects that include schools, hangars, warehouse and office/retail space? A Bachelors degree is preferred, in building or construction science, or construction management, but your professional experience is what we will most respect. Many of these projects will be for the U.S. Air Force and Army Corps of Engineers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to run P3/Primavera, MS Office and AutoCAD software. You'll also need to be able to pass Security Clearance Investigation. You'll support the Regional Manager and the Construction PM to team the efforts to win construction awards and follow projects. Your experience with scope, subcontractor selection, capital cost, installation estimating and project scheduling are a must. Salary, benefits and retirement plan.
