| Description | We're looking for a strong PM with ALASKA experience, who also has a 4 year college Engineering Degree. We prefer a local resident and don't have time for relocation. Please don't apply unless you already reside in or near Anchorage. You have at least 10 years working with commercial construction, renovation and design/build. Quality Control with the U.S. Air Force and the Army Corps of Engineers will be integral to this role. Your experience with maintenance and operational practices for electrical and mechanical equipment is essential. You're comfortable with P3/Primavera, MS Office and AutoCAD software. You'll manage, coordinate and supervise vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality control and scheduling. Your ability to provide project reports, documentation, technical support, collaboration with internal functions needs to be strong. You will manage project expenditures and job cost accounting processes including accuracy, documentation, approvals, payment, reporting and tracking.
