| Description | Do you enjoy website development? Have an interest in troubleshooting desktop PCs? Your talents are needed at a small but growing office in Anchorage! Your primary responsibility will be on the web side, however you will be expected to handle desktop support and network troubleshooting. On the web development side, you must have solid working knowledge of HTML and Javascript. A familiarity with Open Source web tools will be helpful. You must be comfortable working with Adobe products including Photoshop. On the IT side, you must be comfortable troubleshooting Windows-based PCs and servers. A familiarity with Microsoft Office is required. You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable talking to non-technical users without slipping into jargon. Great time management skills are essential! You must be a self-starter who can be relied upon to get the job done. You will be responsible for redesigning the existing website from the ground up, website updates, revisions and maintenance. You’ll collaborate with internal customers to develop effective departmental pages. On the IT side, you’ll assist the Controller in all areas of IT. You may troubleshoot workstations, install hardware and software, ensure routine backups are done, and perform general network administration tasks.
