Q.	What is the application process with AES?
A.	Call AES at (907) 276-5707 to set up an appointment. For your appointment please bring a current copy of your resume and references.

Q.	As an applicant, what is my cost to use your services?
A.	There is no fee to register or be a temporary employee through our agency.

Q.	What can I expect after interviewing with AES?
A.	AES works for the employer in finding the best-qualified employee and does not market applicants to employers. As jobs come open that match your qualifications, you will be notified and informed of the position to see whether you are interested. Positions come available on a variable basis so there may be extended periods where we are not able to present you to employers as a candidate. Please remember that we are just one source for your career search and we encourage applicants to not solely rely on any one agency or source.


Q.	I’m in another state and I want to relocate to Alaska. How do I apply for a job through your agency?
A.	Please fax in a resume to (907) 276-5708 with a cover letter including what type of work you are looking for, your salary requirements and availability. We typically require an in-person interview as a prescreening interview for our clients.

A.	AES works with its clients to find executives, managers, office administrative & support staff, technical, and professionals (CPAs, RNs, LPNs), within all industries in and around Alaska

Q.	When is your office open?
A.	We are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5 pm. Our offices are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (including Friday following), and Christmas Day.
