The newest division, AES IT Staffing, has been successfully recruiting talented IT and software development professionals for Alaska companies since 2004.

IT Staffing assists our clients with full-time staff, project-based and short-term contract work and filling-in for a critical person who is out for an extended period of time, depending on what our clients need. Temp-to-hire arrangements are also available.

Specialized Expertise:

IT is comprised of a variety of disciplines, from network administration and security to database administration and development to software development.  Our IT Staffing Division locates talent across the IT spectrum, from senior management to junior-level technicians.  Each candidate is interviewed and work samples are reviewed to ensure the candidate possesses the technical skills needed.  Thorough, technical references are checked to verify satisfactory work history.  Careful consideration is also given to ‘fit’ – candidates need to be able to satisfy both the technical and interpersonal sides of a position.
