AES Temporary Staffing takes pride in emphasizing quality rather than quantity in our approach to staffing. Every effort is made to ensure all placements are the best possible fit for both candidates and clients, resulting in a positive work experience for temporary job seekers and the highest level of productivity for client employers. The same thorough screening process is in place as for the full-time placement divisions at AES. This includes: in-depth interview, in-house skills evaluation, check of the Alaska Court System database (old and new) and previous employment reference checks conducted by AES research staff. Recruiters discuss the work environment with clients and try to personally visit the work site to better understand the company’s needs.
