Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

What does the service charge cover?

A.

The service charge covers the recruitment, interviewing, skills evaluation, reference checks, and relevant background screening involved with finding a quality candidate. For Temporary and Contract Employees, the hourly rates also include employer taxes and worker’s compensation along with processing costs. Please call AES to speak with a search consultant for more information regarding the service charge that would pertain to your search.

Q.

If I have a temporary employee through AES and decide to convert them to our payroll, what is the service charge and process?

A.

To convert a temporary employee to your payroll, contact AES with the date you wish to convert the employee and pay rate. The conversion service charge is based upon the full placement fee prorated for hours already billed for that position.

Q.

What type of guarantee does AES offer?

A.

AES and its divisions have an excellent guarantee policy, which enables the client to evaluate the new hire for the guarantee period. The guarantee is valid only if the invoice is paid within 20 days of start date. During this guarantee period, if the employee leaves or does not meet the requirements of the position, AES will conduct another search at no additional charge. Please ask your search consultant for more information as to any limitations or exclusions that may apply.
