Hiring Options
AES offers employers a variety of hiring options that allow you to concentrate on what is important to your organization - your business.
The following are AES's standard search processes for all placements:
- Recruiting
- Interviewing
- Skills Evaluations (as appropriate)
- Verbal Reference Checks
- Background Checks
- Other aspects as required by client
Direct Hire Placements are career positions intended by the client to be long-term positions, for which AES does the recruitment, preliminary interviewing and references.
Temporary to Direct Hire allows the employer to work with the employee before committing to a full-time hire and evaluate if the employee meets the requirements of the position and is the right fit for the company. If the employee meets the employer’s requirements, the temp may be converted to your payroll for a prorated placement service charge.
Temporary Placements are able to fill your seasonal and unexpected staff shortages. This option allows you to have qualified personnel as your work demands.
Contract Employees provide subject matter expertise on a project-based assignment to meet your work demands.
