What is the application process with AES?

AES schedules by appointment only. Call our office at (907)276-5707 or apply online by sending your resume and cover letter to aes@akexec.com. You may also apply directly to the recruiter listed on the posting you are responding to.

There is never a cost to an applicant through our company.

What may I expect after interviewing with AES?

A.

AES works for the employer to find the best-qualified employee and does not market applicants to employers. As jobs come open that match your qualifications, you will be notified and informed of the position to see whether you are interested. Positions come available on a variable basis so there may be periods where we are not able to present you to employers as a candidate. Please remember that we are just one source for your career search.  We encourage applicants not to solely rely on any one company or source.

I’m in another state and I want to relocate to Alaska. How do I apply for a job through your company?
